You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping credentials confidential, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@sharper-ai.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

Some Services may be offered on a paid subscription or usage basis. By selecting a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge applicable fees and taxes. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Customer content includes documents, files, prompts, messages, connected data, and other materials you upload or submit to the Services. You retain ownership of your customer content.

You grant Sharper a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use customer content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services for you and your organization. We do not use customer content to train shared foundation models.

You are responsible for customer content and represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.

You agree not to use the Services unlawfully, upload content you do not have rights to use, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service operation, reverse engineer or resell the Services except as permitted, or use the Services to generate harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or privacy-violating content.

The Services use artificial intelligence to generate answers and content from your instructions, customer content, connected sources, and retrieved context. Sharper is designed to provide grounded and source-aware responses, but AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying output before relying on it, especially for important decisions. Output does not constitute legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice.

Sharper and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, software, design, technology, models, workflows, documentation, and trademarks, excluding your customer content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services.

The Services may rely on or integrate with third-party services such as hosting, storage, payment processing, analytics, email, search, and AI providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal information.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or security.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharper and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our total liability for claims related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Sharper harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your customer content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the Services or other users, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
